Return, Refunds & Exchange Policy

 

Damages and issues:
If you receive a damaged product or encounter a manufacturing error, I’m here to help with free reprints or refunds. Please contact me within 30 days of delivery   info@nunuandmiaostudio.com

To facilitate a quicker resolution, kindly provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue:

1) Quality of Print: Provide a clear photo of the product laid flat, showing both the design and the issue in one frame.
2)Print Placement (e.g., distance from collar, off-center): Send a clear photo of the product laid flat with a ruler or measuring tape indicating the incorrect placement.
3) Print in the Wrong Area: Share a clear photo of the product folded to display both sides.
4)Wrong Product: Include a photo of the received product with the size tag clearly visible.
5)Incorrect Product Issue (e.g., size, brand, quality): Provide a clear photo showing the design, issue, and/or size tag in one frame.
6)Product Sizing Issue (Manufacturer’s Defect): Send a clear photo of the product being measured according to the size chart, showing both the measurement and the print.
7)Electronic Device Issue (Manufacturer’s Defect): Provide a video or photo showing the issue and the troubleshooting steps performed.
8)Delivery-Related Damage: Share a photo or video showing the product, the package, and the issue.
9)Reprinted Item with Same Issue: Include a photo or video of both the original and reprinted item together, showing the recurring issue.

Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel or modify your order within 6 hours of purchase. After this period, once production has started, changes may not be possible. If you need to make adjustments, please contact me as soon as possible. I will do my best to assist you within this timeframe.

At Nunu & Miao Studio, each t-shirt is custom-made just for you, which means we can't accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, colors, or if you simply change your mind. Before purchasing, please double-check your size and color choices.
